JOHN HAYES
NASM-CPT, CES, Nutrition Coach
I have been a personal trainer and nutrition coach for over 10 years.
I am passionate about optimizing human movement, performance and overall health. I have a diverse skill set as a strength coach, a corrective exercise specialist, a behavior change specialist and a nutrition coach. My depth of knowledge and experience is matched by my intuitive ability to tailor immersive programs to the needs of the individuals I am fortunate enough to coach.
I have a deep understanding that the challenges of modern life require a nuanced approach to sustainable success with longevity and health.
My expertise in metabolic restoration through sound and sustainable nutrition practices and muscle-centric programming is healing in nature. The positive changes my clients see in body composition, hormones, and behaviors all come by way of what my clients are effectively ADDING to their lives as opposed to what they’re able to restrict. Restriction tends to be the basis of many other coaches’ programs and I believe that these “results” are short sighted, often short lived and leave individuals worse off than when they started. How many times have you or someone you know, tried a specific diet or exercise program, seen some results up front, only to find themselves experiencing a meteoric charge back to where they started or feeling even worse? I have been a victim of this many times throughout my own journey. I consider myself a proud disruptor of this “eat less, move more” approach. My clients, instead, find that the results they desire become a simple byproduct of a sustainable process, built on a foundation of self love and providing the body what it needs to function optimally on its own.
I’m passionate about helping others discover their own power and ability to take control of their health with practices that not only provide optimal, long term results but can also be sustainably adopted for life.
I consider myself an endlessly curious student of human movement and health, ever seeking to deepen my knowledge and ability to help others.
